Our BIO_FEED product has been tested in our poultry and fish farm as well as our neighboring farms in our community
IDOTI has train over 200 farmers both women and youth using the BSF technology on how to raise and use BSF as feed supplements for livestocks. We have increase the production of feed to 400 tonnes per year. Our prototype has been tested in our poultry and fish farm, the egg production was increased by 20% more than the conventional feed, with fish attaining 350grms within 8weeks.
What we do after training is to setup a BSF farm in the community where the farmers can access, we also provide BSF eggs for them to start operation on the farm. Our monitoring team will be there at intervals in all the production stages to provide mentorship and evaluation. After a successful cycle of Production. We encouraged the farmers by buying eggs and Larva from them to produce Livestock Feeds in our factory.
Kayode Oguntoye is a Sustainable Development practitioner with expertise in management of Integrated Systems, Research and Development, Supply Chain Management. He is a member of the Global Association of MDP having obtained a Masters Degree in Development Practice from the University of Ibadan and a Bachelors Degree from University of Maiduguri. Master Degree in Technology adoption and it's effect on Small holder farmers in Embu and Kirinyaga county Kenya. He is well vast in agro-ecology and integrated system of farming having undergone training in Songhai Leadership Academy Portonovo. He has work as a farm manager, program manager, and consultant. He is very passionate about building the capacity of farmers especially women and youth.
David Ajayi is a tech enthustiast, mentor, consultant and developer. He is a YALI member and a beneficiary of TONY ELUMELU ENTREPRENEUR PROGRAM AWARD IN 2017. He holds a degree in Computer Science with some professional certification in the 21st Century skills. He has more than 3 years’ experience in Aquaculture and Operation.
He is an experienced Agricultural Extension Agent with over 9 years experience in Agriculture, Project Management, Agricultural Research, Entomology ,Monitoring &evaluation, and Agricultural business analysis. Excellent reputation for resolving problems with the use of modern method and innovative skill to carry out projects.
Joy is a Financial Analyst, a chartered accountant, a social impact advocate with a strong passion for food security and Agricultural Innovations.
She works in the investment sector and actively engages platforms that can leverage financial investment in the Agricultural sector, in building emerging economies.
Her vision is to see Africa countries, self-producing and self-sustaining to develop their economies.
